In addition, your family doctor can aid the specialist by providing relevant information about your health. This collaboration in turn helps your family doctor to care for your better during and after your specialist treatment.

There is a $25 convenience fee for patients who routinely do not show up for their appointment and do not cancel 24 hours ahead of time. We do not like to charge patients this, but when we see that someone repeatedly does not respect our time and does not give us advanced notice regarding their appointment cancellation, we will charge them.
Do you take my insurance?
The best way to find out is to call us and have your insurance information ready. We will try to verify this with your insurance, but we do need advanced notice. If you show up on the day of the visit without providing insurance information, you may need to wait ahead of time until we verify it for you. Our office number is (201) 608-0670.
